Arcesium is seeking an experienced, proactive, and business-focused Senior Counsel with 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
to join the Legal & Compliance team within the Corporate function, based in Hyderabad, India. This role will act as a strategic legal partner across the organization, handling a wide range of corporate matters, complex commercial contracts, and employment law issues arising out of Arcesium's Indian and global operations.
What You'll do:
Contracts and Transactions:
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of procurement agreements, including SaaS/technology and vendor contracts, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), master service agreements (MSAs), and service level agreements (SLAs), reflecting Arcesium's position as a financial technology and managed-services provider.
• Develop and maintain standard templates, playbooks, and contracting guidelines to streamline and standardize the contracting process across Arcesium's business teams.
