Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in Raipur. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations,



including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and exit procedures. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and labor regulations, and supporting performance management and appraisal activities. The individual will handle employee relations issues, assist in resolving workplace concerns, and contribute to initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and a positive work setting. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with management and other departments to support workforce planning, training coordination, and HR reporting.
