We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our F&B; operations at Vibescapes Resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing daily operations, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
Manage and train F&B; service staff to maintain high service standards
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations
Drive revenue through upselling and service excellence

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management




3–6 years of experience in restaurant or resort operations
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
Willingness to relocate to Karjat
Solid understanding of hospitality service standards

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
