Job Summary

We are looking for an Exam Team Leader to manage a team of 5–7 members and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely completion of examination activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, guide, and coordinate a team of 5–7 members.
Allocate and monitor daily exam-related tasks.
Ensure accurate, error-free, and timely completion of work.
Coordinate with management, faculty, students, and internal teams.
Maintain exam records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
Handle issues calmly and take timely decisions.
Support and motivate team members.
Maintain confidentiality, discipline, punctuality, and professionalism.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in examination, academic operations, administration, or team coordination preferred.
Experience managing a small team will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Ideal Candidate: A responsible and organized qualified who can lead a team, maintain high accuracy, communicate effectively, and take ownership of examination operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
