Role Description The Sub zone Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for overseeing logistics operations within a defined sub-zone. This includes managing daily delivery performance,



coordinating with delivery partners and hub teams, and ensuring service-level adherence for key clients. The role involves monitoring operational KPIs, optimizing routing and resource allocation, and resolving escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction. The Sub zone Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements, cost control initiatives, and implementation of recent operational guidelines. This position also requires regular reporting, team coaching, and adherence to safety and compliance standards within the assigned geography.
Qualifications
• Solid operations management and logistics coordination skills, with experience in managing multi-location or zonal delivery networks.
• Competence in data analysis, use of dashboards, and performance tracking tools to drive decisions and improve efficiency.
