Its expertise spans planned shutdown services, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and complete EPC lifecycle support from design and engineering to procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Role Description
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for site, technical and office roles
• Manage onboarding, attendance, leave and employee records
• Run payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws)
• Resolve employee queries and support a healthy workplace
• Maintain HR policies, appraisals and exit formalities

Coordinate with project teams on manpower planning

Qualifications




• Robust foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to apply HR practices in an industrial or project-based workplace.
• Demonstrated experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, payroll coordination support, HR documentation, and HR information systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certifications is an advantage.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ERP systems. Prior experience in the oil, gas, or infrastructure sector is preferred.
