About the Role-
We are seeking an assertive, execution focused General Manager Operations to act as the primary operational authority across all active sites, projects, and external relationships. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role designed for a field general who takes end-to-end command on the ground from managing in office labor and driving project timelines to aggressively negotiating commercial terms with vendors, handling government clearances, and recovering payments.
This is not an indoor desk role. You will be the business’s authorized executive on the ground, representing the management across site visits, external negotiations, and government offices.

Key Responsibilities-
Site Execution & Workforce Management
Maintain a continuous in office presence across all project locations to enforce build quality, safety, and strict delivery milestones. Supervise site supervisors, sub-contractors, and daily labor teams, resolve labor bottlenecks, attendance issues, and operational friction immediately. Translate management priorities into daily field execution,



conduct physical inspections to catch defects or project delays before they escalate.
Procurement & Vendor Quotation Management
Identify, evaluate, and source trusted suppliers, material vendors, and technical contractors. Scrutinize incoming quotations, challenge cost estimates, and lead aggressive commercial negotiations to protect company margins. Verify material delivery timelines, inspect in office drop-offs for quality compliance, and approve milestone-based vendor releases.
Government Liaison & Statutory Clearances
Represent the firm at municipal offices, urban development authorities (e.g., KDA), electricity boards, and regional regulatory bodies. Follow up on documentation, file progression, inspections, and regulatory clearances to prevent bureaucratic delays. Maintain professional, effective rapport with administrative personnel to resolve local compliance issues promptly.
