​The Role
​We are looking for an experienced Business Development Leader (20+ Years Experience) from the Civil Construction / Contracting / EPC Industry who knows how to bring construction projects to the table.

​Key Responsibilities
​Bring high-value physical construction contracts (Industrial plants, High-rise buildings, Commercial structures).

​Leverage an established network of industrialists, corporate clients, factory owners, developers, PMCs, and structural consultants.

​Lead client meetings, project pitching, commercial discussions, and final contract closures.





​Track upcoming industrial and commercial projects across key growth regions and secure early-stage
entries.

​Who Should Apply
​Experience: Minimum 20+ years of direct experience in bringing construction/contracting business.

​Industry Focus: Pure-play Construction Contracting / General Contracting / EPC only (No real estate broking/brokerage/housing sales background).

​Network: Solid, direct contacts with factory owners, corporate infrastructure heads, PMCs, and structural designers.

​Education: Graduate (Civil Engineering preferred, but relevant industry experience and track record matter most).
​Direct, result-driven approach with proven closure capabilities.
