We are hiring for one of our clients, a technology talent development company, to deliver industry-focused training at a partner university campus.

Location: Chennai – In office

Experience: 5–8 years

CTC: ₹10–20 LPA

Employment: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: 9 AM–6 PM

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programmes in Python, AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science and Automation.
Develop course content, hands-on labs, capstone projects and assessments.
Conduct workshops, hackathons and live demonstrations to build practical skills.
Mentor students on real-world projects and platforms such as Kaggle, HackerRank and LeetCode.
Evaluate assessments, provide feedback and track student learning outcomes.
Manage cloud resources and promote responsible use of AI tools.

Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of hands-on industry experience in Python,



FastAPI and full stack development using Django or Single Page Applications.
At least 2 years of AI development experience using LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of RAG, Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Experience with cloud deployment, resource provisioning and cloud native application development.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, relational databases, system design and design patterns.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Angular or Vue.js.
Proven technical training experience, including curriculum development, project mentoring and competency-based assessments.

Preferred: NoSQL experience, AI/ML certifications and experience leading AI learning or transformation initiatives.
