Job Description

To analyze digital banking performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights that support digital adoption, customer experience, and business growth.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
Own and execute end-to-end UAT cycles for recent features, product enhancements
Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
Identify, document, and track bugs/issues and work with IT & vendors for timely closure.
Drive quality metrics to reduce post-production defects and improve release quality.
Release & Administration
Manage release planning, scheduling, and deployment coordination across channels.




Maintain release calendars and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
Ensure documentation of release notes, feature changes, and defect logs.
Support administrative tasks such as user provisioning, backend configuration, and platform monitoring.
UI/UX & Customer Journey Enhancement
Partner with Product Manager and Design teams to propose UI/UX enhancements for digital channels. Stake Holder management

Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Management.
