Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers
Achieve renewal and retention targets
Update customer details and renewal status accurately
Job Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English
Solid sales mindset & thought process
Experience In Outbound Sales Preferred
Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage
HSC and Graduate both can apply
Experience: 0–2 Years (Fresher’s can apply)
Shift Timings & Week Offs: Rotational Shifts: 9:00AM – 6:30PM & 10:00am to 7:30pm (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift) 5 Days Working 2 Rotational Week-Offs
Salary Package
Fresher: ₹12,500 (In-hand) | CTC: ₹2.10 LPA
Experienced: Up to ₹18,000 (In-hand) | CTC: ₹2.79 LPA
