Hiring: MIS & Accounts Operations Coordinator
Location: Ideal colony, Kothrud, Pune
Experience: 24 Years
Salary: 18,000 22,000 / month (based on experience)
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational trackers.
Handle routine accounting entries, billing support, and ledger maintenance in Tally.
Maintain organised physical and digital records of invoices, payments, and operational data.
Follow up across departments (Sales, Ops, and Procurement) to resolve pending tasks and data gaps.
Requirements
Solid proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS).
Working knowledge of Tally and core accounting principles.
High accuracy, robust attention to detail, and systematic documentation skills.
Transparent communication with proactive follow-up and independent working ability.
