Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent guest service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Recommend menu items and drive revenue through suggestive upselling.
Possess good knowledge of alcoholic beverages, spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
Take accurate orders and coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar teams.
Maintain service standards, grooming, hygiene, and restaurant presentation.
Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of F&B; service experience.
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Solid upselling abilities and knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
Positive order-taking and POS skills.
Qualified grooming, positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
