Job Summary

Naveen Mega Mart is looking for a Computer Operator – Stock & Billing to manage day-to-day computer work related to stock, purchase bills, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), inventory records, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

maintain purchase bills and stock-related data in the system. Prepare and update GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) for incoming stock. Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. Verify purchase bills, quantities, item details, rates, and other relevant information. Coordinate with the purchase, store, and accounts teams regarding stock and billing discrepancies.



Perform regular data entry and Excel-based reporting. Maintain daily/weekly stock reports and records.

Qualifications & Experience Education: 12th pass / Graduate. Experience: 1–3 years in computer operations, billing, inventory, retail, or a similar role preferred. Freshers with positive Excel and computer skills may also be considered.
