Key Responsibilities
Supervise execution of bridges, flyovers, culverts, retaining walls, RCC structures and other highway structures.
Review structural drawings, GFC drawings, BBS and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
Monitor structural work including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, foundations, piers, abutments and girder works.
Ensure compliance with MORTH, IRC, IS Codes and project specifications.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Planning, QA/QC, Survey, Billing, Consultants and Subcontractors.
Monitor daily/weekly progress and achieve project execution targets.
Verify quantities, measurements and support RA billing and material planning.
Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions.
Maintain necessary site records, inspection reports and progress documentation.





Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3 to5 years of relevant experience.
Solid experience in road/highway and structural construction projects.
Positive knowledge of RCC structures, bridges, culverts, foundations and structural drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel.
Knowledge of MoRTH, IRC & relevant IS Codes.
Good communication, coordination and team-handling skills.
Candidates with experience in NHAI/MSRDC/PWD/EPC highway projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
