Design and develop highways, roads, intersections, and related infrastructure.

Prepare horizontal and vertical alignments, geometric designs, cross-sections, and detailed drawings.

Prepare and review design reports, technical specifications, BOQs, and other project documentation.

Carry out highway and pavement design calculations in accordance with applicable standards.

Review survey data and incorporate relevant information into design.

Ensure designs comply with IRC, MoRTH, and other applicable standards and specifications.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, survey teams, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Review design drawings and resolve technical/design-related issues.

Support preparation of DPRs, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering designs.

Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all design deliverables.

Eligibility & Skills:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.





3–5 years of relevant experience in Highway/Road Design.

Strong knowledge of IRC, MoRTH, and highway design standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and highway design software such as Civil 3D, MX Road, OpenRoads, or similar.

Valuable understanding of highway geometric design, pavement design, drainage, and road infrastructure.

M.Tech in Transportation/Highway Engineering or a recognized Road Safety Certification will be preferred.

Experience in National Highway, Expressway, or major road projects will be an added advantage.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
