Responsibilities:
Conduct Case history and psychological assessment
Design and conduct activities for seniors based on their history and needs
Provide intervention for various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders
Conduct case management and other administrative tasks as needed
Provide referral services to outside therapists, clinics, and treatment facilities
Assessing clients' behavior and needs via observation, interviews, and psychometric

tests
Developing, administering, and monitoring appropriate treatment therapies and

strategies
Undertaking research
Writing weekly/monthly reports
Providing psycho-education and counselling to family and paid caregivers
Help seniors learn to make use of mobile apps and laptop

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Geriatric Psychology.
Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
Experience: Fresher to 4 years




Willing to travel
Valuable if having own transport
Prior experience in elder care, dementia care, or home-based therapy services will be a value

add.

Familiarity with mental health concerns specific to aging, including neurodegenerative disorders.
