Oversee day-to-day operations of all residential facilities.
Supervise wardens, assistant wardens, and housekeeping staff.
Ensure proper maintenance of accommodation and communal areas.
Develop and enforce safety protocols and emergency evacuation procedures.
Coordinate with security personnel for regular patrolling and surveillance.
Maintain records of incidents, emergencies, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor adherence to rules and regulations of the facility.
Investigate and take action on violations of conduct.
Recommend disciplinary actions to the administration if necessary.
Act as a bridge between residents and management.
Coordinate with medical, maintenance, and food services for smooth functioning.




Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in management, administration, or social sciences).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or administrative role.
Background in law enforcement, military, or hostel/residential management is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
