Job Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand their mobile requirements.
Sell second-hand and refurbished mobile phones.
Explain mobile features, condition, price, and warranty to customers.
Check the basic condition and functionality of used mobile phones.
Handle mobile exchange and purchase enquiries.
Maintain proper sales records and stock information.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide good customer service and follow company rules.
Required Skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent.
Experience: 1 year of experience in mobile sales, second-hand mobile sales, retail, or a related field preferred.
Freshers with good communication and mobile knowledge may also be considered.

Key Performance
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile technology.
Ability to identify common mobile hardware and software issues.




Positive negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or billing/software applications.
Ability to work under sales targets.
Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.Working Conditions

Core Objective

To increase second-hand mobile sales by providing customers with genuine, properly evaluated, value-for-money devices and excellent customer service while maintaining accurate documentation and stock control.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
