Job Description:
We are looking for a Backend Executive who is confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls. The role involves regular calling, follow-ups, customer coordination, and basic backend work.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.
Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.
Handle basic queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare basic reports and perform day-to-day backend activities.

Requirements:
Valuable to excellent spoken English is mandatory.
Confident and comfortable with calling.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Freshers with good English communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
