Job Description – B2B Sales

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales professional to drive new business acquisition, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing the complete B2B sales cycle and engaging with corporate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Drive recent business development and B2B client acquisition through outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain solid relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Founders, CXOs, and Business Heads.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant solutions aligned with their business and hiring needs.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals,



and account expansion.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM and sales reporting.

Preferred Candidate
5+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development.
Strong track record in recent client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Candidates with experience in Job Portals, Recruitment Solutions, HR Tech, SaaS, Staffing, or related B2B services are highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills.
Strong commercial understanding with the ability to independently manage sales targets and client relationships.
