Field Sales Executive – Welding Electrodes

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to assigned and new market areas.
Identify and approach new dealers, hardware shops, fabrication shops, and industrial customers.
Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
Visit potential customers, understand their requirements, and promote our welding electrodes.
Collect orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Follow up with existing and newly acquired customers to develop long-term business relationships.
Explore current areas and identify potential markets for business expansion.




Coordinate with the telecalling team and follow up on leads through field visits.
Maintain daily visit, enquiry, and order reports.

Requirements:
Previous experience in field sales, preferably in welding electrodes, hardware, industrial products, or a related industry.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
