Job Opening – US Accounts Receivable / Collection Executive

Shift: US Shift – Night Shift
Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Saturday: Half Day – 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM

About the Role

We are a US-based company looking for a motivated and confident Accounts Receivable / Collection Executive to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for following up with US customers regarding outstanding/due payments and ensuring timely collection.

Key Responsibilities
Make professional phone calls to US customers regarding outstanding and overdue payments.
Follow up regularly with customers for pending invoices and payments.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Discuss payment status, expected payment dates, and outstanding balances with customers.
Maintain proper records of customer follow-ups and payment commitments.
Coordinate with the internal accounts/finance team regarding payment updates.
Handle customer queries related to outstanding invoices professionally.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up until payment is received.
Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach during collection calls.





Candidate Requirements
Minimum Graduate qualification.
Positive spoken and written English communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone.
Confident, polite, and professional communication style.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances will be an advantage.
Comfortable working in a US Night Shift.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Saturday: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
