Cost Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and bulk discounts to reduce project expenses.
Purchase Orders: Prepare comparison charts, issue formal purchase orders, and secure management approvals.
Delivery Tracking: Coordinate delivery schedules with project managers and site supervisors to prevent work delays.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels at the site warehouse to prevent shortages or excess waste.
Local Purchases: Handle urgent local or cash purchases for immediate site requirements.
Documentation: Maintain records of invoices, contracts, delivery receipts, and vendor performance
