Manage and respond to inquiries via phone, email, website forms, and social media channels.
Follow up consistently with pending leads and record interactions.
Represent the beauty academy at education fairs, career seminars, and open house events.
Help execute local marketing or promotional campaigns to attract recent student batches.
erify student eligibility documents, such as academic mark sheets and ID proofs, before finalizing admissions.
Maintain accurate daily logs of walk-ins, phone calls, and conversion funnels.
Coordinate smoothly with the academics and accounts teams regarding fee receipts and batch allocations.
