Founding Principal for INVICTA School

Requirement:
Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. and eligibility as per applicable CBSE norms
Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in school education
At least 3 - 5 years as Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School
Robust CBSE academic and administrative experience
Experience in academic planning, school systems and parent management
Excellent command of both English and Telugu is mandatory
Technology-friendly and digitally proficient – mandatory
Comfortable using School ERP, LMS, smart classrooms, digital assessments, dashboards, online communication platforms and data-based academic monitoring
Able to drive technology adoption among teachers and administrative staff
Strong leadership, public-speaking and interpersonal skills
Experience in establishing or launching a current school will be preferred
Strong preference should be given to candidates with Army / Armed Forces background, particularly those having experience with:
Army Education Corps
Army Public Schools




Sainik Schools
Military Schools
NCC / Defence Educational Institutions

We are specifically looking for a candidate who can combine discipline, leadership, robust administration, modern academics and technology-enabled school management.The selected Principal will be responsible for building the school from the ground up, including academics, teacher recruitment, school policies and systems, student discipline, admissions support, parent engagement, CBSE compliance, technology implementation and overall institutional development.Position: Founding Principal

Joining: Preferably December 2026 to January 2027

Languages: English & Telugu – Mandatory

Technology Proficiency: Mandatory

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and profile; suitable accommodation can also be considered.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
