Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Handle customer objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team and maintain daily calling reports.
Requirements
Fresher to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling/B2C sales.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Confident and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
