We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Email & Chat Support (Semi Voice) process
Eligibility:
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and voice support.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
