Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations at our head office and support infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
Payroll, attendance, leave and salary-related activities
PF, ESIC and statutory labour compliance
Employee records, HR MIS and ERP management
Manpower coordination with project teams
Employee relations, grievances and exit processes
Implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
5–6+ years of HR experience
Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Construction & Infrastructure industry
Positive knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC and payroll
Hands-on experience with ERP/HRMS and MS Excel
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English
