Job Description – Site Engineer – Interior Sites

Position: Assistant Project Manager - Interior
Location: ECR, Chennai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Residential Interior Projects

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day interior execution activities at residential project sites.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, BOQ, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Interior Designers, carpenters, installers, vendors, and other site teams.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Take site measurements and verify dimensions as per drawings.
Coordinate material requirements, dispatches, deliveries, and site availability.
Monitor the quality of carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works.
Identify and resolve site-level execution issues.
Maintain daily site progress reports and coordinate updates with the project team.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
Support final inspection, snag rectification, and project handover.





Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in interior site execution, preferably residential interiors.
Good knowledge of interior drawings, measurements, materials, and execution.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate with different teams.
Willingness to travel to residential project sites in and around ECR, Chennai.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
