HR Intern
Location: Nagpur
Duration: [3–6 Months]
Type: Internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records, trackers, and reports.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, BBA, MBA, Psychology, or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
