HR Executive – Chemical Manufacturing | Vapi
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, recruitment and onboarding.
Handle PF, ESIC and statutory labour compliance.
Maintain employee records, HR MIS and statutory registers.
Handle employee grievances, discipline and day-to-day workforce issues.
Coordinate with contract labour, plant departments and management.
Support labour inspections, audits and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
Solid hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC and labour laws.
Experience in chemical/manufacturing/plant HR preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage unit-level HR activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
