Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Manage waiting lists and reservations using the restaurant’s reservation system.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure effective seating and table turnover.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, waiting area, and entrance.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations, hours, and menu items.
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to a manager when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of the restaurant layout, menu, specials, and events.
Assist with setting up and breaking down the hostess station at the beginning and end of each shift.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
