Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
Manage performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Plan and conduct employee engagement and development activities.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates.




Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, attendance, and workplace conduct.
Support management in workforce planning and HR decision-making.
Lead and guide the HR team.

Required Skills

Knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software/HRMS.
Ability to handle confidential employee information.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Graduate candidates with relevant HR experience may also be considered.

Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar organization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
