Planish Event Planning & Design is looking for an experienced General Manager – Business Operations to oversee daily operations, coordinate departments, improve internal systems, and ensure timely execution across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all departments and daily operations
Drive task completion, deadlines and team accountability
Implement and monitor SOPs, workflows and reporting systems
Track sales, event readiness, budgets and operational performance
Identify delays, resolve issues and improve overall efficiency
Review team performance and departmental reports
Ensure CRM, job orders and internal documentation are properly maintained
Support management in planning, growth and process improvement

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in operations or business management
Team leadership experience preferred
Event, hospitality or service-industry experience is an advantage
Solid leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and reporting
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam, English and Hindi

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
