Key Responsibilities
Generate current customer leads
Promote loan/financial products
Handle customer enquiries
Conduct customer visits
Collect and verify documents
Follow up with existing customers
Support collections and repayments
Achieve monthly targets
Maintain daily reports and records
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Diploma is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
Customer-oriented approach
Willingness to work in the field and achieve targets
