We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telemarketing Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of telemarketing executives, drive lead conversions, and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead conversion, and team performance.
Provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity and customer handling.
Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing leads.
Maintain accurate reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Mandatory Requirements




Excellent verbal communication skills – Tamil and English.
3+ years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
Prior experience in team handling/supervision.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with positive follow-up and people-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
