Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client companies.
Understand job requirements from clients and source suitable candidates.
Post job vacancies on Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Job Hai, and other recruitment portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and follow up on interview feedback.
Schedule interviews and ensure candidates attend on time.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Coordinate with clients regarding recruitment requirements and candidate status.




Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any stream; HR specialization preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Ability to handle multiple job openings and bulk hiring.
Freshers with a willingness to learn recruitment are welcome.
Experience in HR consultancy or manpower recruitment will be an advantage.
