Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Admission Counsellors.
Set daily and monthly targets for the team.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Guide counsellors on calls, follow-ups, and student counselling.
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
Monitor call quality and ensure proper counselling practices.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth admission processing.
Handle escalated student/parent queries when required.
Ensure the team follows company policies and admission processes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
