Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and handle multiple hiring requirements across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and manage stakeholder communication.
Handle multiple positions and ensure timely closures.
Manage salary negotiation, offer follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
Support and guide junior recruiters when required.

Robust sourcing and recruitment skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Positive negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals.

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
