Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to manage our day-to-day human resources operations and full-cycle talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, maintaining robust employee relations, assisting with payroll, and driving seamless onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, active sourcing, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Draft, issue, and manage offer letters and employment contracts.

HR Operations & Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding and orientation process for all new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, queries, and workplace culture initiatives.

Payroll & Admin:




Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, and compensation records.
Oversee personnel files, HR records, and administrative workflows in compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar HR role.
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
Familiarity with payroll software, HRIS platforms, and ATS tools.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
