Job Summary

The F&B; Associate is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
Set up and explicit tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and Front Office teams for smooth guest service.
Handle guest requests and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Check and maintain the required cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment.
Assist during events, banquets, and special functions.
Report guest feedback or service issues to the supervisor.




Follow all company rules, policies, and departmental procedures.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 10th / 12th pass; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality is preferred.

Reports To: F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
