Position: Inside Sales Executive – Interiors

Salary: 35-40k

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our interiors team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into site visits and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and respond to leads received through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, social media and other channels.

Call prospective customers and understand their requirements, budget, location and project timeline.

Explain the company’s interior design, modular kitchen, wardrobe, furniture and turnkey solutions.

Qualify leads based on requirement, budget and purchase timeline.

Schedule and coordinate site visits and designer appointments.

Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the design and sales teams for quotations, proposals and client meetings.





Track leads from enquiry to site visit, quotation and closure.

Achieve monthly lead conversion, site visit and sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with prospects and ensure timely communication.

Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good knowledge of interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes and home interiors is an advantage.

Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Positive knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.

Ability to work with designers, sales executives and project teams.

Valuable English and Telugu communication; Hindi is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
