Job Responsibilities

Create and maintain customer IDs accurately as per company process.

Verify and update customer information and documents.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and ID creation.

Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate support.

Maintain records and follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Positive communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language).

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Positive typing and data-entry accuracy.

Graduate candidates can apply.

Min 1 years experienced candidates are welcome.

Candidates should be detail-oriented and responsible.
