About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee to support our team in different real estate activities. The role involves client coordination, property onboarding, pre-sales, follow-ups, requirement gathering, and occasional field visits.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and property owners.
Understand and record client requirements such as location, budget, property type, and other preferences.
Follow up with clients regarding their property requirements.
Assist with onboarding new properties.
Coordinate with property owners for property-related information.




Support the team with pre-sales activities when required.
Attend property visits and field activities when required.
Assist in collecting property details, photos, and other information.
Coordinate with the internal team to complete assigned tasks.
Handle other day-to-day real estate activities as required.

Requirements
Any Degree.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn about real estate.
Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field visits when required.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
