Limitless Productions is a production house and digital marketing agency offering services across Content Creation, Photography & Videography, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Website Development, Graphic Design, and Events & Workshops.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
Introduce Limitless Productions and explain relevant services based on the prospect's requirements.
Understand the client's business needs and identify potential prospects.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, responses, and lead status.
Regularly follow up with warm and pending leads to improve conversion opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and creative teams regarding client requirements.
Meet daily calling, follow-up, and appointment-setting targets.
Maintain professional and positive communication with every prospect.
Provide regular updates and an end-of-day report to the reporting manager.

Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.




Positive knowledge of sales and lead generation.
Valuable listening and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, or customer communication will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations
Consistent daily calling and follow-ups.
Quality conversations rather than only call volume.
Qualified meetings generated for the sales team.
Proper and timely lead tracking.
Contribution towards monthly business-development targets.

Compensation

Additional incentives/commission: Can be offered based on performance and qualified lead/meeting conversions.

Someone who is confident, energetic, consistent, well-spoken, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people. The right candidate should have a sales mindset and be willing to learn about creative, marketing, and production services.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
