Job Responsibilities:
Make calls to existing and potential customers for TMT/steel sales.
Take customer enquiries and provide product, price and availability details.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain customer and enquiry records.
Coordinate with the sales, billing and dispatch teams for order processing.
Follow up on pending orders and payments when required.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills and a confident personality.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Sales experience preferred; freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Positive attitude, regular follow-up and willingness to learn.

Salary: Starting ₹10,000/month + incentives, depending on experience.
