Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and management.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Handle offer negotiation and joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Support employee onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
