Supervisor of GDA Responsibilities:
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor for GDA to oversee and manage the daily activities of General Duty Assistants team in our hospital. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in hospital operations, team supervision, and hygiene protocol implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of GDAs staff.
Ensure adherence to hospital hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards.
Monitor daily duties and ensure proper staffing for all hospital areas.
Conduct regular inspections of wards, OPD, ICUs, and other patient areas.
Provide training to new and existing staff on patient care assistance and cleanliness standards.
Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and performance records.
Report issues and improvements to hospital administration.
Ensure patient and staff satisfaction through clean and supportive environments.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
