We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Operations Head to oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and ensure productive business performance. The ideal candidate should have an MBA with 10–15 years of experience in a similar senior operations role.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service standards.
Establish processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Set performance targets and monitor key operational metrics.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Monitor budgets, resources, and operational expenses.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.




Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Build strong relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
MBA is mandatory.
10–15 years of experience in the same or similar senior operations role.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of business operations and process management.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple departments and responsibilities effectively.
Robust business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
